It’s officially cauliflower season. Here’s a simple recipe that I just can’t get enough of.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut up cauliflower into preferred size chunks
- Place cauliflower on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tender, flipping over once.
Alternate Method
You can also steam/grill the cauliflower. I place the florets on a large sheet of aluminum. Cover the cauliflower with another piece of foil and grill over medium flame for about 20 minutes. Covering the cauliflower allows it to steam. After 20 minutes, you can remove the top sheet, and flip over the florets to its other side. Grill to your liking.
