Chocolate bark is an easy confection to make. I usually make a couple batches during the holidays and give them as gifts, like White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Bark. Those are more festive, but since it’s autumn, I like to stick with the fall colors – orange and red. Combining the citrus of oranges with the sweet tart flavor of cranberry, Cranberry Orange Almond Bark, does the job. It only takes a few minutes, and clean up is easy with a nonstick COOKINA® Cuisine reusable baking sheet.
