Sweet, Sour, Savory: Talk with Eric Ripert & Christina Tosi

Join Eric Ripert, executive chef and partner of Le Bernardin, and Christina Tosi, pastry chef and owner of Momofuku Milk Bar, for a discussion on the emotional and cultural influences of flavors. How do flavors shape our memories?
How do chefs draw on those emotions in the kitchen? Ripert and Tosi will reveal ways in which they explore new flavors with classic ingredients.
The talk will be moderated by Christine Muhlke, Executive Editor of Bon Appétit Magazine, and will be followed by book signings of On The Line by Eric Ripert and Momofuku Milk Bar by Christina Tosi.
