Chocolate Tapas? I don’t think I ever had a chocolate tapa.

Well, the chocolate masters at Fritz Knipschildt’s Chocopologie will hold a class to show you how to create 3 types of chocolate tapas at The Clarke Culinary Center in Norwalk, CT.

Class Date: Thursday, 3/17, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Cost: $85
