Ingredients
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1/2 lb snow peas
1/2 lb broccolini
2 tbsp hoisin
2 tbsp soy sauce
Ingredients
1. In a wok, heat half the oil over high heat.
2. Stir fry chicken in batches for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. Add remaining oil and stir fry snow peas for 2 – 3 min.
4. Return chicken to the wok, and add the broccolini.
5. Cook for another 2 – 3 min. Then add the hoisin and soy sauce. Mix well.
Serve hot over rice.
