1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2. Line a baking sheet with foil
3. Cut chicken into 8 pieces and put into a large mixing bowl
4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss with tongs.
5. Place chicken on baking sheet skin side up
6. Bake for 30 minutes, turn over and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve with mixed greens, rice, or whatever sides you prefer.
