L’escale is my favorite French restaurant in Connecticut, in the Delamar Greenwich Harbor Hotel. The decor is rustic; Ambiance romantic; Food delicious, and can I say sensual too?
The menu is updated every season, but generally appetizers range from $10-19; entrees from $22-34; and desserts from $9-12. A bit pricey, but you are in Greenwich after all.
I recommend getting the classic Moules Frites Provencal and Piece de de boeuf (Grilled Filet Mignon, New Potatoes, Syrah sauce). Both are cooked perfectly, and are absolutely delicious.
During warmer months, you can enjoy your meal outside at the patio overlooking Greenwich Harbor. L’escale also has a lounge area that features a bar, which is popular for happy hour and lunch.
