Ingredients
1 Pound of Brussels Sprouts
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 oz bacon (about 5 slices) sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375F.
2. In a medium size pot, bring water to a boil. Add a teaspoon of sea or kosher salt.
3. In the meantime, half the brussels sprouts, and remove the outer leaves. If you have large brussels sprouts, quarter them. Add them to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in one layer on the baking sheet. Top with bacon and season with salt and pepper. Roast for for 20-30 minutes or until they look golden.
