I love fresh pasta. When I worked in Manhattan, I went to Eataly NYC almost every other day to get fresh pasta. Now that I ditched my commute, I’m so glad I discovered Vita Pasta Lab based out of Fairfield, CT. My pasta cooking skills have come a long way in the past year.
I was first introduced to Vita Pasta Lab’s handmade pastas about a year ago and since then I’ve been hooked. Chef Vita makes fantastic pasta by hand and sells them for pickup in Fairfield, CT on Fridays and at local farmers markets. She also hosts Italian cooking classes at Wakeman Town Farm and other venues in Connecticut.
Chef Vita grew up in the province of Modena in a family of fantastic cooks where everything was prepared at home. She shares generations-old Italian recipes and her passion is teaching kids and adults how to cook authentic Italian food.
