Itching to dine out? Aren’t we all? Good news! Starting May 20, restaurants are part of the first wave of businesses allowed to open in Connecticut. Better than nothing… Restaurants are allowed to open for outdoor only dining but no bar areas are allowed. Restaurants will still not be allowed to offer indoor dining.
