- Meiomi (Belle Glos) Pinot Noir (California), 2014-$23.95 – “A rich garnet color with a ruby edge, the wine opens to reveal lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha, and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes. Expressive boysenberry, blackberry, dark cherry, juicy
strawberry, and toasty mocha flavors lend complexity and depth on the palate. The well-integrated oak provides structure and depth seldom seen in Pinot Noir.” —Winemaker’s notes - Lucas Carton, ‘Reserve Speciale’ Brut Demoiselle NV– $29.95 – This is as affordable as it gets for Champagne! Predominantly a blend of Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir in the blend as well Lucas Carton is a special bottling sold only at Sherry-Lehmann.

This charming, medium to full-bodied St.-Emilion offers plenty of punch and depth. If additional complexity emerges, it will merit an outstanding rating. It is a sleeper of the vintage.” –Robert Parker, Wine Advocate
- Rombauer Chardonnay, 2014– $39.95 – “Enticing aromas of bright citrus and melon are layered with spice, vanilla and a touch of butter. $59.95 – “Juicy dark cherries, tobacco, savory herbs, new leather and plums burst from the glass in Il Castellare’s 2008 Brunello di Montalcino. A ripe, flashy wine, the 2008 is endowed with serious volume and pure voluptuousness. The style is a bit sweet for my taste, but the wine’s balance is nevertheless very strong.
