About Bar Sugo
Bar Sugo is where modern Italian meets peasant food. Located in Norwalk, CT, Chef Pasquale Pascarella opened Bar Sugo in 2012 and fulfilled his childhood dream of introducing an Italian small plates concept with lots of bonuses including six different types of meatballs, house made pastas and pizzas. The food philosophy is sourcing local purveyors and keeping a fresh and Italian mindset when it comes to utilizing each product to its full potential without masking its truest flavor. Bar Sugo is open Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 10:00pm, Friday – Saturday 4:00pm – 11:00pm, Sunday 11:00am – 3:30pm for brunch and 3:30pm – 9:00pm for dinner. For more information, visit barsugo.com.
