This evening we sampled French cheese and wine at an event held at The French Cheese Board in NYC. From Mimolette to Brie to Beaufort, there was plenty of French cheese, wine and beer to sample.
So why were we there?
To celebrate The Make it Magnifique marketing campaign which was based on a simple and honest truth: any recipe, dish, or occasion is made better when you add French Cheese. In fact, not only is it made better, it goes from good to great to Magnifique.
To bring the campaign to life, they’ve elicited the help of celebrity chefs Angelo Sosa, Candice Kumai and Camille Becerra; each of whom created their own set of extraordinary recipes. Recipes include Grilled Steak with Fourme D’Ambert and Red Onion and Raclete Pizza.
