Recipe: Waffles with Berries, Almonds and Greek Yogurt

One of my close friends introduced me to his healthy snack recipe, and I thought it would be worth sharing, especially since it’s berry season. It only takes a couple minutes to prepare, and it’ll keep you full for hours. Good news is that it’s not too high in calories – so good on the waist as well.

Waffles with Berries, Almonds and Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Toast the frozen waffles
  2. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the waffle
  3. Sprinkle the strawberries, almonds, and cranberries or goji berries
  4. Drizzle with honey, or agave syrup
