Recipe: Beef and vegetable stir fry

Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef, thinly sliced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup onions
2 stalks broccoli
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 red pepper sliced
3 small garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1 med. tomato, chopped

Directions
1. Heat oil in wok over high heat
2. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 2 minutes
3. Add onions, saute for another 2 minutes
4. Add beef. Stir fry until meat is brown. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce
5. Add tomatoes, broccoli, red peppers. Cook for 5 minutes
6. Pour cornstarch mixture into wok. Heat to boiling. Cook until thickened.
7. Serve over rice.
