We’ve got great news to share! New Haven’s Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill is one of our favorite restaurants for brunch and dinner. While you can’t dine there, you can take advantage of their “weekender” takeout service at its City Point location (100 S. Water Street).
The service will be offering a preview this Friday and Saturday, and moving forward (starting 4/23), will be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 3-9pm for curbside pick-up and delivery via UberEats. Orders can be placed via UberEats, or calling the restaurant at 203.787.3466.
The “greatest hits” menu of favorite Shell & Bones items include soup and salad, sandwiches, Chef’s selections, dessert and a kids menu. Many dishes are available for one, or “family style” for four. Beer, wine and to-go cocktails, as well as a new “Sailor’s Rations” kit, including one bottle of Gosling’s Black Seal or Tito’s Vodka with two bottles of Fever Tree Ginger Beer, two copper Shell & Bones mugs and fresh limes, are available along with an accompanying food order for pick-up orders only.
