Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill, New Haven
While Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill in New Haven is temporarily closed, the restaurant will be offering a one-day “Easter at Home” takeout package, serving four people for $100 (plus tax), available for pick-up on Easter Sunday between 11am and 3pm at the restaurant (100 S Water Street) and offering free local delivery in New Haven.
The package includes:
- Roasted Beet Salad (Baby Arugula, Grapefruit, Mint Creme Fraiche, Goat Cheese Croquettes)
- Coconut Milk Seafood Chowder (Scallops, Shrimp, Calamari, Clams, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery in a Rich Coconut Milk Seafood Broth)
Choice of one:
- Lamb Wellington (Lamb Loin Seared and Baked on Flaky Dough, Prosciutto, Duxelles, Cognac Reduction)
- Vegetarian Paella (Le Puy Lentil and Farro, Saffron, Artichokes and Roasted Vegetable Paella)
- Easter Egg Chocolate Cookies, Fresh Berries
For an additional $50 (plus tax), one bottle of Landmark Chardonnay (Sonoma) and one bottle of Justin Cabernet (Paso Robles) will be included.

Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill has put together a special “Holidays at Home with Geronimo” Easter package, serving four people ($49 + tax), available for pick-up on Easter Sunday between 11am and 3pm at the Fairfield (2070 Post Road) or New Haven (271 Crown Street) locations, and offering free local delivery in New Haven. Please note – the restaurants will still be offering their a la carte menu on Easter Sunday as well from 3-9pm for curbside pick-up and delivery.
For an additional $50, a Margarita Kit Bundle can be added including 96oz. of fresh squeezed lime juice, fresh limes, kosher salt and 1 liter of tequila (makes 48 margaritas).
Easter packages must be pre-ordered and paid in full by Thursday, April 9 at 12pm.

The Fresh Market’s offers two ready-to-heat Easter meals – a meal to feed 4 and one to feed 8-10. These can be ordered online. The smaller meal is $34.99 and comes with honey ham slices, green beans, white cheddar scalloped potatoes, pineapple rings, rolls, and decadent brownies. Both meals can be ordered online and picked up on April 10th, 11th, or 12th. The Fresh Market will be open from 8AM to 4PM on Easter Sunday.

The Capital Grille is offering a three-course family-style Easter dinner To Go. It features a whole rack of bone-in filet, grilled asparagus ,mashed Potatoes, and a freshly baked Apple Crostata for $185. Each dinner serves 4-6 and guests can choose to have their meal ready to serve, or chilled and ready to reheat at home. Pre-order available while quantities last.
