Easy Holiday Cocktails with Mionetto Prosecco

One of my go-to brands for prosecco is Mionetto. It’s affordable and is a delicious bubbly to pop open for any occasion. While Mionetto Prosecco is a delicious drink on its own, it’s also great in cocktails.

Here are a few cocktails we’ve whipped up for our guests. Add these to your arsenal and serve them during your holiday festivities.

Pear & Thyme Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients

1 chilled bottle of Mionetto Prestige Brut Treviso DOC
12 oz. pear nectar
4-6 sprigs of fresh thyme

Directions

Fill each glass with 3 ounces of peach nectar and a sprig of fresh thyme. Top with Mionetto Prosecco and add an additional sprig of thyme to garnish.

For a more intense thyme flavor, muddle the thyme in the glass before pouring the prosecco.

Tasting Notes

Mionetto Prestige Brut Treviso DOC ($14 750ml/ $4 Mini 187ml)
Made from 100% Glera grapes from the province of Treviso, an area renowned for high quality Prosecco, this sparkling wine offers a luminous straw yellow hue and stylish mousse. The palate is marked by aromatic notes of white peach and honey.

Raspberry Mint Prosecco Cocktail

This drink looks so festive for the holidays. And tastes fantastic.

Ingredients

1 package of fresh raspberries (rinsed and drained)
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 cups (350ml)
1 chilled bottle of Mionetto Prestige Rosé Extra Dry ($14 750ml / $4 Mini 187ml)
Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

In each champagne glass, add 3 raspberries and a tablespoon of lemon juice and top with Mionetto prosecco. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.

Tasting Notes

Mionetto Prestige Rosé Extra Dry
This deeply luscious sparkling rosè is the result of soft pressing of red grapes. The wine offers a peach blossom luminosity, accompanied by a fine, lively perlage. This wine is known for its intense fragrances, like holding an edible bouquet of violets, raspberries, strawberries, and wild flowers.
