On Monday, May 7th from 5.30 to 7.30pm, Amis Westport will host an intimate night of exploring Italian wines paired with local CT cheeses. Reserve your spot for a chance to learn about the unique tastes of varietals from the experts at Missing Link Wine Company, which will be expertly paired by Laura Downey and Chris Palumbo, owners of Fairfield Cheese Company.
The cost is $30 per person ($40 per person with the added tasting of Le Ragnaie Brunello ’11). Price includes wine + cheese tasting and education, light bites of sheep’s milk ricotta bruschetta and eggplant caponata bruschetta.
