Rive is a French Bistro on the Saugatuck River in Westport. There will be an a la carte menu featuring delicious entrees including a turkey plate with stuffing, potato puree, haricot vert, glazed carrots, creamed spinach, gravy, and cranberry sauce.

The lavish buffet-style menu features a carving station serving old-fashioned Roasted Turkey with Country Gravy, Traditional Stuffing, and Sausage and Cornbread Stuffing with Fennel, as well as a pasta station offering international culinary delights such as Cheese Tortellini with Roasted Butternut Squash and Madeira Cream Sauce, and Penne Pasta with Sautéed Shrimp and Scallops in Tomato-Saffron Sauce. Thanksgiving dining at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa is $49.95 (adults), $24.95 (kids), and free for children under 5 years of age. Seating begins at 11:30 a.m., and runs through 5:00 p.m. Reservations are required, and may be made by calling 860.395.2000.

Benjamin Steakhouse, White Plains, NY will be serving a pre-fixe menu at $54.95 per person
Appetizers will include Puree of Pumpkin Soup and an Autumn Salad with organic mesclun greens, frisée, roasted beets, topped with warm goat cheese on toast with walnuts. The main entree will be a Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey served with turkey stuffing, roasted yam, potatoes au gratin and cranberry relish.

Capital Grille, Stamford and Hartford, CT
The Capital Grille is a fine-dining restaurant known for its dry-aged steaks and award-winning wine list in an atmosphere of relaxed elegance. In addition to serving its signature dishes, The Capital Grille will also offer a Slow-Roasted Turkey, from Planfield Farm, with Brioche Stuffing, French Green Beans with Marcona Almonds and Cranberry Pear Chutney for $36 per adult and $15 per child. These dishes will also be accompanied by Sam’s Mashed Potatoes to share. For dessert, The Capital Grille will offer a Pumpkin Cheesecake for an additional $10.
