Gran Selezione comes exclusively from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ coffee farms. It is a premium Arabica blend, sourced from Central and South America, with chocolate undertones and a full-bodied taste. 100% fine Arabica, 100% sustainably grown.
Perfetto is made from 100% Arabica beans from Central and South America. The taste is bold with lingering caramel notes. It is roasted a bit longer to produce a “perfect” and characteristically Italian dark flavor profile. The ideal choice for those who love the pure pleasure of espresso roasts.
We tried brewing all four with a French press and with our coffee maker. After tasting all four varieties, we’ve reached a unanimous decision of Perfetto as being our favorite, regardless of what device was used to brew the coffee. We love the bold flavors and how it almost tastes like an espresso. Perfetto is great alone, or paired with desserts or cookies, like the many kinds I often buy at Eataly NYC. Classico is delicious blend for all coffee drinkers, and is great to have as a morning brew.
