Plan B Burger officially opens the doors of its newest location in the Stamford Town Center on Saturday, August 4th. Plan B is an upscale burger bar created by Connecticut-based Locals 8 Restaurant Holdings. All of their beef burgers are cut from 100% certified humane, fresh, never frozen, wet-aged whole chucks and hand-ground on premises daily.

Besides award-winning burgers, Plan B also offers a variety of appetizers, salads and entrees including lobster sliders, beef wellington bites, organic portabella fries, truffle fries, mac & cheese, buffalo shrimp, horseradish salmon, and a variety of desserts.
The restaurant is 4,500 square feet and includes a large bar, dining room, and outdoor patio. The spacious lounge area features a copper still behind the bar, warm brick walls, and high ceilings with vintage-looking tin tiles, and a deep copper-colored basket weave ceiling. The main dining room is lit up by a large glittering crystal chandelier and seats 185 people with booths and also curved leather banquette seating which helps to create intimate dining spaces for guests. Scattered throughout the restaurant are light fixtures made of large milk glass globes and crimson glass cylinders with exposed light bulbs. Look around, and you’ll also see their signature meat hook light fixtures.
The bar is lined with beer taps and certified Cicerones (beer sommeliers) who guide guests through the chalkboard list of hand selected craft beers on draft. They’ve got an excellent selection of local beer. Unsure of what to get, just tell the cicerones what you like, and they’ll make a recommendation. You can’t go wrong with a Stone IPA, or Ommegang White. If you fancy bourbon, they’ve got a fine selection of that as well.

In addition to the full menu, a happy hour menu that includes appetizer specials and $3 drinks will be offered. A late night menu will be also be available.
