Whenever I go to the farmers market, I’m bound to find something that catches my eye – especially if it’s something that I’ve never cooked before. This weekend, I bought a head of green cauliflower at the market. I figured it would taste just like white cauliflower, so I cooked it following my usual recipe: Roasted Cauliflower. Just as I expected, it tasted just like the ordinary cauliflower. It just had a nice color to it.
Ingredients
- 1 head green cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut up cauliflower into preferred size chunks
- Place cauliflower on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tender, flipping over once.
