You don’t see the sport of boxing and food matched up at the same time, well, unless you read my tweets. This past Valentine’s day, boxer Manny Pacquiao gave his wife, Jinkee, a cake baked by “The Cake Boss” (Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, NJ). It was presented at an NYC press conference to promote the May 7th bout between Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley. Being the foodie I am, I got up close and personal…with the cake.
