I’ve been trying to decide for weeks now on what to cook for Christmas Eve. Our family tradition is to spend time with the family and have dinner on Christmas Eve and wait until midnight to open presents.

Mac n cheese pops (for the kids)
Crudités
Spinach dip & chips
Lumpia
Main Course
Pork roast
Roasted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, and parsnip)
Stuffing
Arroz con gandules (requested by the kids)
Dessert
Apple pie w/ ice cream
Snacks til midnight
Assortment of olives, cheese and crackers
White chocolate bark with pistachio and cranberries
